AllofE Solutions is seeking a detail oriented QA / Product Support Assistant for its industry leading educational product development and support team. AllofE's product suite spans K-12 School Districts, Universities, and Corporations.
The QA / Product Support Assistant position helps to implement and tests software in various functional areas such as enterprise-level content management, online assessments, Data Analytics, and more.
Position participates in testing, configuring, and initial data setup of enterprise-level technology and software solutions. Position works on new product and application implementations as well as tests and maintains existing systems and helps out in other areas related to office management and support.
+ Work on various enterprise level systems for universities, school districts, and corporations

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
+ Degree or pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or Journalism with a GPA of 3.0 and above
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
+ Extremely detail oriented
+ Must have a strong passion for understanding systems
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a part-time, hourly position. Pay is commensurate with background and experience in related area. As a part-time position this does not qualify for benefits. The position does, however, qualify for periodic raises based on performance and can transition into a full time position in the future.
