ALLOFE HELPS PROVIDENCE/ST. JOHN HOSPITAL EXPAND THEIR WEB BASED SERVICES

In their continued effort to enhance and expand their web based services, the Providence/St. Johns Hospital recently created a new service for their Physician Groups. The service allows visitors to the Providence web site to access any member physician group’s site seamlessly from the main Providence site. Since many member groups do not yet have formal Web sites set up, part of Providence’s membership package involves setting up a site for the new member groups as part of a better information dissemination process. AllofE Studio helped establish the design, branding, navigation, and content layout aspects of the site while efficiently managing the process of customizing content for each new site/group, and bringing the separate sites online in an integrated manner as part of the Providence site structure.

Allofe has a long history with Providence, having implemented a variety of different applications for the group. These include an online training and certification solution to help employees meet the requirements set by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and a state-of-the art asset management system.

The improvements made to the Providence suite of applications and to their site allow the group to grow in scope, ability, and efficiency. They are now able to offer physician groups a complete membership package with a full fledged web site customized for the organization.
