MISSOURI BAPTIST HISTORICAL SOCIETY LAUNCHES NEW SITE USING CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Lawrence, Kansas-The Missouri Baptist Historical Society at the Partee Center at William Jewell College choose AllofE’s ContentM website management system to launch its new website. The new beautifully designed and organized web site serves as a place to preserve Missouri Baptist history and other related information.
The site is designed as a portal for the variety of information collected and dispersed by the Partee Center. A tremendous amount of documented information consisting of church records, meeting minutes, genealogical and historical data, and much more are housed in the Partee Center’s online collection of historical data. Information in the form of Microfilm Church Records, a Sermons Database, etc. is completely searchable using keyword or Boolean searches. The portal allows for easy uploading of information in the form of documents, images, and many other formats.
Members of the Missouri Baptist Historical Society can also find extensive information about membership, donation opportunities, photographs, important links and related programs on the site. Brief histories of different branches and geographical locations of the church are featured, as well as a multitude of other resources for research.
ABOUT MISSOURI BAPTIST HISTORICAL SOCIETY
The voluntary, non-profit society was founded in 1886 to provide direction, resources, and encouragement to preserve and study the history of the Missouri Baptists. The Missouri Baptist Historical Society is a collection center for all Missouri Baptist historical records with its office located at the Partee Center for Baptist Historical studies on William Jewell College’s campus.
