Independence and eCurriculum

Lawrence, KS – AllofE Solutions and Independence School District’s partnership continues to grow with the implementation of eCurriculum. The district recently added the curriculum management system to its academic platform that already includes AllofE’s website content management system ContentM and professional development system Inservice.

Independence chose AllofE’s eCurriculum for the district-wide management of its curriculum because of its user-friendly functionality and customization. The implementation of the system included a customized unit map form to match its existing format unit map format, allowing for a seamless transition from paper to web-based management.

The system provides users with a user-friendly interface to edit courses and subject areas and map units to Missouri’s standards and GLE’s. eCurriculum also generates a curriculum website for teachers and parents to view the curriculum and track what is being taught in the classroom.

About eCurriculum
With eCurriculum, districts are able to define the What, When, and How of classroom instruction. It allows teachers to create curriculum maps and align the units to GLE's, state standards and goals. It assists teachers by providing them with a guide to what to teach, when it is taught, and how to conduct activities and assessments.
