ALLOFE IMPLEMENTS NEW STAFF DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM FOR GCSAA

The Golf Course Superintendents Association of America implemented a new staff development system built by AllofE Solutions to track the staff review process.  The application manages staff member information by assigning them to teams, oversight groups, departments, and functional areas.   It then tracks their progress in the program by grading them on various competencies and assessments.  The new system provides GCSAA with an automated tool to standardize the development process and assess team members.

It's 20,000 members comprise of superintendents, assistant superintendents, students, educators, affiliates and retired classifications. The association has 103 affiliated chapters, with more than 75 countries having a GCSAA member in residence.
