GCSAA’S NEW WEB BASED STAFF DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM GOES LIVE

The GCSAA’s custom-built staff development system from AllofE Solutions will be going live after months of rigorous user testing and fine-tuning. The new web based system replicates their original console-based software in appearance and process, but the infrastructure of the system has been reorganized so that improvements and expanded functionality can easily be added and customized to meet the users’ needs.

The system’s main function is to provide the GCSAA with the ability to keep track of employees and their performance throughout the year. It keeps track of relevant details such as accountabilities, annual goals, and competencies, to accurately assess employee growth. It is intended to make employee evaluations more informed, efficient, and accurate, and to help pinpoint employee strengths, weaknesses, professional growth, and expectations.

AllofE Solutions previously implemented several other custom-built systems for the GCSAA, including a web search engine, a theme based portal for the golfing industry, and a system for gathering and displaying detailed weather information. All the systems have been adopted very successfully by the GCSAA. AllofE is enthusiastic about their enduring relationship with GCSAA, and plans to work with the organization on expanding and adapting their software portfolio to assist them in their continued pursuit of excellence.
