GCSAA CHOOSES ALLOFE TO BUILD STAFF DEVELOPMENT TRACKING SYSTEM
The Golf Course Superintendents Association of America selected AllofE to develop a web based application for tracking staff development and review processes. The application manages staff member information by assigning them to teams, oversight groups, departments, and functional areas. It then tracks their progress in the program by grading them on various competencies and assessments. The new system provides GCSAA with an automated tool to standardize the development process and assess team members.
GCSAA is the professional association for the people who manage golf courses. It's 20,000 members comprise of superintendents, assistant superintendents, students, educators, affiliates and retired classifications. The association has 103 affiliated chapters, with more than 75 countries having a GCSAA member in residence.
