Discovery PlanIt is a completely customizable solution to manage staff and teacher personal development and progress. It is used by school districts to track teacher progress for state programs such as High Quality Professional Development. The system customizes conference, inservice, graduate course, and other forms to match a district's existing forms. It also incorporates budgeting and expense reimbursements into the submission process.
Discovery PlanIt gives district administrators complete control over the workflow process of every staff development activity from event management to funds approval to certification requirements. Administrators can create district wide events tied to specific Comprehensive School Improvement Plans (CSIP), enroll teachers, and delegate credits and hours. The reporting functionality allows teachers to track their own progress and administrators to track the progress of individual schools or the entire district.
