LAWRENCE, Kan. – AllofE has launched eCurrriculum HE, a curriculum-mapping system specifically for Physical Therapy programs and is excited to announce projects in this area with six new universities, including California State University – Fresno, Clarkson University, Dominican College, Shenandoah University, University of Nevada – Las Vegas, and University of North Dakota.
All of these programs had mapped their curricula manually in the past, and automating the curriculum mapping process is a new initiative for many PT programs across the country that want to save time when preparing for the self-study report.
eCurriculum HE allows PT programs to track their curriculum with standards and competencies for accreditation, such as CAPTE Evaluative Criteria, Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy standards, Normative Model Educational Outcomes, and more. AllofE works closely with each program to implement a curriculum mapping and management system catered specifically to that program’s needs and also accommodates tracking of instructional methods, learning environments, and curriculum threads.
The system’s reporting capabilities let programs track gaps and redundancies in just a few clicks. AllofE has also developed a report that breaks down each CAPTE Evaluative Criterion to show where and how it is being taught throughout the curriculum, which helps PT programs quickly prepare for their self-study reports.
